EnergoTeam tabletop fish smoker

High quality, stainless steel fish smoker from Energo Team. The gastronomic possibilities inherent in smoking fish should be used both on weekdays and during camping trips and multi-day fishing trips! The small containers must be filled with denatured alcohol, and then the degree of smoking can be regulated with the device.

It's easy to use: fill the burner heads with denatured alcohol, then place them in the bottom of the smoker. After lighting, the strength of the flame can be regulated. Place the smoking unit over the flame and sprinkle hardwood sawdust into the recess at the bottom. Place the metal plate included in the set above the sawdust, then place the grid holding the food to be smoked above it.

Finally, close it with the lid and fasten it. The intensity of the smoke can be controlled.

When using the smoker, follow the accident prevention rules, never try to refill the smoker while the burners are still burning! Make sure of this, the flame of the denatured alcohol is barely visible, its vapor bursts into flames in seconds.
